Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed.

If you experience an issue such as:

• Broken or missing download link
• Corrupted file
  Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at serving@maxiun.com, and we’ll provide a working replacement file.

Exceptions:
Physical apparel orders via EasyOrder follow their own refund/exchange policy (see that platform’s terms).
