1. Digital Products
All artwork, logos, and downloads are the intellectual property of Maximus Unlimited.
Downloads are for personal or organizational use unless a Commercial License Add-On is purchased.
2. Commercial Use
Purchasing the Commercial License Add-On grants permission to print and sell merchandise (shirts, hats, banners, etc.) for one organization or brand. Redistribution or resale of digital files is strictly prohibited.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or incomplete, we will provide a replacement.
4. Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure product accuracy but cannot guarantee compatibility with all printers or software.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our downloads.
